Christian History
I have attended Bethlehem Baptist since 1996 and love being involved in the life of our church. I joined the Eldership team here at BBC in 2001 and previously served on the church board as a Deacon. Together with my wife Liz, we also lead a Life Group as part of our serving in the life of BBC.
The role of serving as an Elder is a privilege that I thank God for constantly as he uses our Eldership team and me to shepherd and care for those who call BBC home. I take great delight in seeing the people that God has entrusted to us growing their love for scripture, serving others and living out God’s calling over their lives. We are a blessed church family!
Family
Liz and I have three adult girls, Vanessa, Olivia, and Samantha, who all live away from Tauranga, but have been part of BBC during their childhoods.
Employment
I am a Chartered Accountant but have spent the past 20 years in the retirement village industry. I head up Karaka Pines Villages; a company focused on running retirement villages differently for those we care for at this stage of life.
