Session 1: Friday Night (Ministry Leaders)
Never before have we had such a diverse generational mix in the local church.
Keeping people on the same page and working together towards a common goal it’s becoming increasingly difficult. We cannot keep leading in the same way, we need to strategically align ministries so that we are not competing with each other but completing the picture of the local church. Discover ways to optimise the use of available resource and personnel through greater alignment.
What would it look like when all Generations work together?
“You are driven by a mission. You succeed because of a strategy” Reggie Joiner
Session 2: Saturday Morning (All Volunteers)
There has to be more to serving than just turning up. When volunteers are engaged they become owners not renters of a ministry. As a team, explore ways you can grow your leadership capacity, multiply your effectiveness and become intentional at every level. The investment you make In the lives of others changes everything. God does more in you as He works through you to change the world around you.
Session 3: Saturday Afternoon – (Families)
Every week matters. It’s not the big, highlight, moments that bring significant change in the lives of young people; rather the consistent, intentional rhythms of family. Every child needs a circle of significant people around them, saying the same things, to help them discover what matters most.
If you are a parent, grandparent, brother, sister, aunt or uncle, you have a significant contribution to make in the life of a young person. In the local church we have the responsibility of being spiritual family as well. Discover ways you can leverage your relational influence by being more intentional with what you are already doing. When church and family partner together, everyone wins.
