I am a 3rd year student completing my Bachelor of Counselling (3-year degree).
I am trained in Person Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy (NT). These approaches allow for ways of working together to make meaning and sense of the unwanted thoughts and feelings many people experience.
I have a passion for journeying alongside people through counselling and to help them navigate through life’s challenges and consider it a deep privilege to share a welcoming, safe, and honouring space with a person who comes to share their journey with me.
