Craig has been the senior pastor at Bethlehem Baptist for 21 years. Thankfully, there are many more very capable and God loving people on the staff now who love working together to fulfill God’s purpose in our community and beyond. Craig’s role is to provide vision and leadership to the church community. He loves to open the scriptures so we can hear God’s voice in the midst of us creating an environment of worship, and admiration for Jesus. Plus engaging in his concern for our broken world. Craig’s wife Michaela has also been on staff for many years and together they love serving the body of Christ.

Craig is also the National leader of the NZ Baptist churches. He has been in this dual role for 4 years. This sees him out amongst the NZ Baptist churches during the week.

Craig and Michaela have 3 adult children who loved being part of BBC as children, and are still involved in the church. Craig has a passion for the outdoors, and when time allows he likes to get out in the bush and around a camp fire. – Hopefully celebrating a good day’s hunting. But he admits the younger guys are beating him up the hills these days!
