Auditorium
Our auditorium is ideal for large gatherings, conferences, or performances, with seating for up to 530 people. It is equipped with:
- A production-quality audio-visual system with streaming capabilities
- Stage lighting and large screen projectors
- An ultra-wide centre screen measuring 11×3 metres
- The ability to easily section off the left and right sides of the space with large floor-to-ceiling curtains
- Sound can also be delivered evenly through the foyer and cafe from speakers connected to the main auditorium sound system
Foyer
The Foyer offers a spacious and welcoming entry point for any event, providing a comfortable area for guests to gather and mingle. Its open, light-filled design seamlessly connects to the auditorium, Café, and other key spaces, making it ideal for registration, networking, or informal meet-and-greets. An excellent addition to any venue hire, complementing a wide range of functions and gatherings. *The Foyer must be booked if using the Auditorium.

Chapel
The Chapel offers a more intimate setting for smaller gatherings such as weddings, memorial services, or prayer meetings, accommodating up to 100 seated guests in a serene and reflective environment.

Cafe
The Café area, featuring two barista coffee machines, accommodates up to 150 guests and opens onto a shaded courtyard with additional seating. Located next to a fenced playground, it is perfect for family-friendly events. The Café is also equipped with its own Bluetooth-enabled sound system and five large wall-mounted TVs, ideal for playing music, videos, and presentations. The space can be hired with or without the coffee machines in operation. Coffee machine hire includes the cost of coffee, though a Barista must be hired to operate them. With comfortable seating and the option to pair with our kitchen facilities, it offers versatile catering possibilities.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is a fully equipped space designed for food preparation and service. Conveniently located next to the Café, it features servery windows opening into both the Café and the Preschool room. The kitchen includes commercial-grade cooking facilities, such as ovens and a dishwasher, as well as plenty of counter space, making it ideal for caterers or anyone preparing meals for events.

Kids Room - Multi Purpose Hall
A versatile space suitable for workshops, training sessions, or mid-sized gatherings. It can accommodate up to 200 people seated, and is easily configurable to suit various layouts and event types. The hall is equipped with sound and projection equipment to support your event.

Preschool Room
A child-friendly space that can accommodate up to 50 children, equipped with furniture and resources designed for younger guests. Perfect for child-focused events or as a breakout space.

Phase Room
The Phase Room is a comfortable and private area ideal for smaller meetings or workshops, seating up to 60 guests. It’s a flexible space for various setups and comes with sound and projection equipment to enhance your presentations.
Parents Room
The Parents Room is a quiet, private space ideal for families with young children during events. The room is equipped with comfortable seating, changing facilities, and a large screen TV with the option to display the livestream from the auditorium, allowing parents to stay connected to the event while caring for their little ones.
Meeting Room
Designed for board meetings or smaller gatherings, the Meeting Room accommodates up to 12 people and includes a whiteboard and presentation tools for your convenience.

Yes, we have ample free parking on-site, including designated mobility car parks with 275 regular spaces and 10 mobility spaces.

Yes, Audio and Video support can be included on request with your hire to assist with any technical requirements during your event.
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Bethlehem Baptist Church office staff.
- A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- A professional cleaning fee may apply for events requiring food or leaving spaces uncleaned.
- Hirers are responsible for inspecting the facilities prior to their event and ensuring that spaces are left in their original condition.
- Alcohol, drugs, tobacco, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Sound levels must adhere to local regulations to avoid disturbances to neighbours.
- Any damage to property or equipment must be reported and will be charged to the hirer.
